This policy explains which personal data rentwithlove.ge collects when you book a car and how we use it.
1. What we collect
Your name, email address, phone number and date of birth; your flight number, landing time and address if you book the airport transfer; and the details of your booking.
2. Why we collect it
To confirm and manage your rental, to contact you about it, to check the minimum driver age and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
3. Payments
Card payments are processed by our payment provider Flitt on their secure page. We never see or store your card number.
4. Who we share it with
Only with service providers needed to deliver your rental — the payment provider and our email provider — and with authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell your data.
5. How long we keep it
For as long as needed to provide the rental and afterwards for the period required by Georgian tax and accounting law.
6. Your rights
Under the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection you can ask us to access, correct or delete your data. Contact us at the email address below.
