Rental terms

These terms apply to every rental booked on rentwithlove.ge. Please read them before you book.
1. Who can rent
The main driver must be at least 21 years old and have held a valid driving licence for at least one year. Drivers under 25 pay a young driver fee. Additional drivers must meet the same requirements and be added to the booking.
2. Documents at pick-up
Please bring a passport or national ID card and your driving licence. If your licence is not in the Latin alphabet, an International Driving Permit is also required. We cannot hand over the car without these documents.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in Georgian lari (GEL). The total shown before payment includes the rental, the selected protection and extras (such as the airport transfer), and any young driver fee. It is paid online by card when you book.
4. Security deposit
At pick-up a refundable deposit is held on a card in the main driver's name. The amount depends on the car and is shown before you book. It is released after the car is returned in the same condition, usually within a few business days depending on your bank.
5. Protection
Basic protection (collision damage waiver) is included: you are liable for damage up to the deposit amount. Full protection reduces your liability for covered damage to zero. Protection does not cover damage caused by driving under the influence, off-road driving (except with 4x4 cars on suitable roads), lost keys or breaking these terms.
6. Fuel and mileage
Return the car with the same fuel level as at pick-up; missing fuel is charged at the pump price plus a service fee. Mileage within Georgia is unlimited.
7. Travel outside Georgia
Driving outside Georgia is not allowed without our prior written approval.
8. Late returns
There is a 59-minute grace period. After that, each started 24-hour period is charged as an extra day.
9. Cancellations
Cancellation is free up to 48 hours before pick-up. For later cancellations one rental day is retained. No-shows are not refunded. Refunds go back to the card used for payment.
10. Fines and tolls
Traffic and parking fines incurred during the rental are the renter's responsibility.
